The RWCOMMU community mall project, managed by Projects Asia, leveraged advanced BIM methodologies to enhance collaboration and efficiency across all phases of construction. Our BIM Management services included essential applications such as Clash Detection, which significantly reduced RFIs and coordination issues, and Shop Drawing creation, providing construction-ready documentation. Additionally, As-Built Modeling ensured accurate facility handover, while 3D Visualization and Design Coordination facilitated informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. By integrating these BIM uses, we optimized site utilization and streamlined the construction process, ultimately delivering a high-quality asset.
