BIM Modeling Technique for the High Rise Building : BIM ในงานอาคารสูง

อาคารสูง เป็นอาคารขนาดใหญ่ที่ต้องมีการวางแผน และออกแบบเป็นระยะเวลานาน BIM ในงานอาคารสูง ต้องมีการแบ่งส่วนองค์ประกอบของโมเดลอย่างมีขั้นมีตอน เพื่อตอบสนองต่อ BIM Uses ที่โครงการเลือกนำมาใช้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

หลายคนอาจจะเกิดคำถามเกี่ยวกับการสร้างโมเดลขนาดใหญ่ที่มีความซับซ้อนและความมหาศาลของข้อมูล โครงการใหญ่บางโครงการนั้น โมเดล (ไฟล์) อาจมีขนาดใหญ่มาก 1 Gb ขึ้นไปนั้นจำเป็นจะต้องใช้ทรัพยากรของ Hardware มากขึ้นตามไปด้วย หนึ่งในวิธีการที่นิยมใช้ในการสร้างโมเดลขนาดใหญ่วิธีหนึ่งคือ การแบ่ง Phases ในการสร้างโมเดล หรือที่เราเรียกว่าการ Link Model วิธีการคือ เราจะแบ่งโครงการออกเป็นส่วนๆก่อน แล้วค่อยเอาแต่ละส่วนมารวมกัน จนทำให้เกิดเป็นโมเดลที่สมบูรณ์ ที่มีขนาดใหญ่โมเดลเดียว ทั้งนี้ผมจะยกตัวอย่างให้ผู้อ่านได้เห็นภาพกัน โครงการ A มี 5 ตึก บนเนื้อที่ 3 ไร่ เราจะแบ่ง 5 ตึกดังกล่าวเป็น 5 ไฟล์ ที่ลิงก์เชื่อมโยงเข้าไปในไฟล์ที่ดิน (Main Model) เวลาเราจะเพิ่มข้อมูลก็สามารถเข้าไปเพิ่มข้อมูลในแต่ละตึกได้ ถือเป็นวิธีการที่ทำให้เราประหยัดเวลาในการเปิดไฟล์และใช้ทรัพยากรของ Hardware ให้น้อยลงอีกด้วย

วิธีที่สองที่นิยมใช้กันก็คือการใช้ Worksharing ในการทำงาน กระบวนการทำงานของ Worksharing จะเป็นการแบ่งข้อมูลในโมเดลเป็นสัดส่วน ลงไปใน Workset เพื่อที่เราจะสามารถควบคุมปริมาณของข้อมูลที่ Hardware จะต้องคำนวณให้น้อยลง เพื่อเพิ่มความเร็วในการทำงาน และประสิทธิภาพที่ดีขึ้น ทั้งนี้ผมจะยกตัวอย่างการใช้ Workset ดังต่อไปนี้

อาคาร B มีความสูง 10 ชั้น ชั้นที่ 1 ,ชั้นที่ 2-5 เหมือนกัน และชั้นที่ 6-10 เหมือนกัน ข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้เราจะสามารถสร้าง Workset สำหรับชั้น 1 ชั้น 2-5 และชั้น 6-10 ได้ เป็น 3 Worksets

ในกรณีที่เราทำงานอยู่ที่ชั้น 6 เราสามารถจะปิด Workset ของชั้น 1,2-5 ได้เพื่อที่คอมพิวเตอร์ของเราขะไม่ต้องใช้ทรัพยากรขอฃ Hardware คำนวณข้อมูลในส่วนที่เราไม่ได้ทำงานอีกด้วย

จากที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นเป็นตัวอย่างของวิธีการทั่วไป ที่ใช้ในการที่จะสร้างอาคารที่มีข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ บางครั้งเราก็อาจจะไม่มีงบประมาณมากเพียงพอเพื่อจะอัพเกรด Hardware ของเราให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพียงพอกับโมเดลที่มีขนาดใหญ่ ทั้งนี้หากเราเข้าใจระบบการทำงานของ Link และ Work sharing ก็จะทำให้เราทำงานที่ใหญ่ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งจะส่งผลดีต่อผู้ทำงานและผู้ร่วมงานอีกด้วยด้วย
