What is COBi?
COBi (Construction / Operation / Building information) is our handover service: we build or complete your as-built BIM, add the asset information operations need, and you run the resulting Asset Information Model on our COBi platform.
We only have 2D as-built drawings. Can you help?
Yes, that is Service 1. We convert the 2D .dwg drawings into a complete 3D as-built BIM model, add the asset information, and you operate it on the COBi platform.
What information is added to each asset?
Four groups: general information (item, type, system, size), product specification (brand, model, manufacturer, supplier, manual), warranty (manufacturer and contractor warranty, contact, dates) and preventive maintenance (lifetime, maintenance cost).
Does COBi follow COBie?
Yes. COBi is aligned with COBie (Construction-Operations Building Information Exchange), the standard format for handing building information to facility management.
What does the 10-year data warranty mean?
The information we hand over stays available and maintained for ten years. With HOOK Model Verified, every asset is also checked with Goodwill’s FRIM tool on handover day.
How much does COBi cost?
Service 3, operating an existing asset model on the platform, starts from THB 10 per sqm per year. Services 1 and 2 are quoted per project: choose a COBi tier on the proposal request page.
