COCO parc is Branded residence joint-venture project between Ananda and Dusit hospitality services provided new standard for luxury lifestyle in Bangkok prime location. Hook served a BIM consultancy Service team up with Abuild Management in construction management in construction stage throughout As-built model in order to prepare an handover package for further planning development.
BIM coordination through As-Built Modeling ensured design precision, seamlessly aligning complex structures to minimize conflicts, resulting in a flawless integration of architectural elements visible in the completed project.
Precise BIM-generated shop drawings seamlessly translated digital models into construction-ready documentation, ensuring the intricate architectural details of COCO parc were expertly realized in its luxury build.
