The KOALA-AIM condominium project, managed by Zipcode, leverages advanced BIM methodologies to enhance digital construction efficiency across its 80,000 sq.m. footprint. Our BIM management services encompass essential uses such as Clash Detection, which significantly reduced RFIs and coordination issues, and Shop Drawing creation, ensuring construction-ready documentation. Through 4D Scheduling, we provided a clear visualization of the project timeline, while As-Built Modeling guarantees an accurate facility handover. These BIM services not only streamline the design and construction processes but also optimize space and facilitate effective facility management, adding substantial value to the overall project.
Advanced BIM coordination ensured seamless integration of complex structures, visibly reducing design conflicts and enhancing architectural precision throughout the KOALA-AIM project.
Precision-driven Shop Drawings transformed intricate digital models into construction-ready documentation, ensuring architectural fidelity and execution accuracy, as vividly reflected in the project's cohesive and structured physical form.
As-Built Modeling ensured accurate facility documentation, seamlessly integrating design intent with real-world execution, thereby enhancing the KOALA-AIM project’s lifecycle management and future adaptability.
