Joint kick-off with your project manager and lead engineers. We agree LOD, deliverables, file structure, and review cadence in a project-specific BEP.
2. Modeling & Coordination
Discipline models authored in Revit. Weekly federated review with clash detection and resolution log issued to the EPC team.
3. Drawing Production
Stamped shop drawings and bilingual construction drawings issued from the coordinated model — single source of truth.
4. Construction Support
Onsite or hybrid modelers available during construction for RFI response, design changes, and as-built capture.
5. As-Built & FM Handover
Final as-built model, COBie data export, and handover documentation — ready for facility management.

Frequently asked questions
Can you work onsite at factory sites in Rayong or Chonburi?
Yes. We can station BIM modellers and coordinators with the EPC site team in Eastern Seaboard estates such as WHA, Amata, Hemaraj, Map Ta Phut and Pinthong, or deliver fully remotely.
What certification do you hold?
Hook Architects is certified to ISO 19650 (BSI Kitemark KM 785974) and works in line with ISO/IEC 27001 for information security. We currently support several Japanese contractors’ projects in Thailand.
Can drawings be issued in English, Thai and Japanese?
Construction drawings are issued in English and Thai for Thai site crews. Document summaries can be prepared in Japanese for project management review.
What LOD do you model to?
LOD 300 for design, LOD 350 for coordination, LOD 400 for fabrication and LOD 500 for as-built. The LOD for each element class is agreed in the BEP at kick-off.
How quickly can you mobilise a team?
For most projects, a core BIM team within 2–3 weeks of contract signature. Urgent renovation or shutdown work can start sooner, so contact us to discuss.
What do we receive at handover?
The final as-built model, a COBie data export and handover documents, ready for facility management.
